- AUCTION RULES & NOTES -

  1. All Live & Silent Auction items have a reserve. The opening bid is the reserve price or higher. Once a bid has been made, the auction item is deemed live and will be sold to the highest bidder.

  2. By placing a bid on an item, you are contractually obliged to purchase the item at that price, if deemed successful.

  3. The final decision on all auction items will be at the discretion of the auctioneer and the Perth Wildcats.

  4. If the winning bid is deemed unsuccessful, the next highest bid may be accepted and the winner obligated to pay.

  5. Successful bidders must provide payment details on the night. Items can be paid via cash, cheque or credit card (Visa or MasterCard).

  6. If the item cannot be taken on the night, a $50 flat fee can be paid for delivery (within the Perth Metro Area), or arrangements must be made for collection within 10 working days from the Perth Wildcats office during normal business hours.

  7. All third party items (eg. travel, holidays, concert tickets) are to be facilitated directly between the purchaser and the supplier company.

  8. The Perth Wildcats reserve the right to extend or reduce the time the Silent Auction runs on the night.

  9. Authenticity of all memorabilia items is subject to assurance of the supplier.

  10. Auction closes at 11pm on Saturday 07 April
